Accessibility

Our approach

We are reviewing the storefront against WCAG 2.2 Level AA and improving issues we find. This statement is an account of that work, not a claim that every page or third-party checkout step currently meets every criterion.

Help using the shop

If the 3D viewer, a product description, an account step, or checkout is difficult to use, email support@twtech.llc. We can help with figure details and ordering. Tell us which page or task caused trouble, what device or assistive technology you used if you are comfortable sharing it, and what would help.

Feedback

Accessibility reports go to support@twtech.llc. You can also visit Support. We review reports as part of the site’s ongoing fixes.
