Information you give us

• Account: when you sign in, your account ID, email address, and display name. If you save an address, we keep the address you provide.
• Orders: the items, quantities, prices, order and payment status, and delivery details needed to process an order and provide support.
• Messages: the name, email address, optional phone number, subject, and message you send through the contact form or by email.

Checkout and service providers

Payment and shipping details are entered on Stripe Checkout. We receive information about the order and payment status, but not your full payment card number. SitRep manages the current storefront catalog, checkout handoff, order information, and contact inbox. Historical orders may also remain in the shop database.

We use Clerk for account sign-in, Vercel to host the site and figure files, and Neon for shop data. If the contact form shows a Cloudflare Turnstile challenge, Cloudflare processes the information needed to check that submission. These providers process information for the services they supply to the shop.

Site and browser data

The site uses an account session to keep you signed in. Your browser can store your cart, selected room theme, catalog and viewer preferences, up to six recently viewed figure IDs, and short-lived checkout or contact attempt IDs. These help the site remember your choices and prevent duplicate submissions. You can clear them through your browser settings, though doing so may clear your cart or sign you out.

We use technical request information to operate and protect the site. The contact and checkout rate limiter stores a daily hash derived from a visitor’s IP address, rather than the address itself, and removes old limiter records. Hosting and service providers may also process network and device information needed to deliver and secure their services.

Site analytics

Our first-party analytics keeps daily aggregate counts of public page and product views, searches, additions to a cart, and checkout attempts. Analytics records do not contain cookies, visitor or session IDs, IP addresses, names, email addresses, raw search terms, or payment details. We do not save individual analytics events or track purchases or revenue; a checkout attempt is not counted as a sale. Counts older than 13 months are removed when new analytics arrive.

Analytics does not set a cookie or use browser storage to identify you. You can turn these counts off below. If you opt out, we store only that choice in your browser so it remains off on later visits; this preference is never sent with an analytics event. If browser storage is unavailable, changes to this choice may reset on reload. Analytics defaults off when the saved preference cannot be read.

Why we use information

We use it to provide accounts, display and fulfill orders, respond to requests, maintain the site, prevent abuse, and meet business and legal recordkeeping needs.

Retention and your choices

Account, order, and support records are kept for the time needed for those purposes and applicable recordkeeping obligations. If you want to access, correct, or delete information associated with you, email support@twtech.llc. We may need enough information to locate and verify the relevant account or order. Some records may need to be retained for an order, dispute, or legal obligation.
